Are these bikes street legal?
Once completed, these kit bikes can be inspected, titled, and ridden legally on public streets in most states. You may need to purchase the optional speedometer and turn signal kits to pass inspection, and just like any other motor vehicle, you will need to purchase liability insurance. Check with your local DMV and courthouse for details.
Can I get it without the engine?
Yes. You can purchase a roller kit and put in your own motor if you prefer.
